PROJECT DETAIL
Tofauti On The Move has a defined structure including General Assembly, Board of Directors and Executive Committee. The structure determines chain of command and hierarchy of responsibility within the organization. Any persons over the age of eighteen are eligible for membership of the society, subject to the committee.
The General Assembly is the main deliberative, policy-making and representative organ of Tofauti On The Move.
The Board of directors (B.O.D.) is a body of elected or appointed members who jointly oversee the activities of Tofauti On The Move.
The Executive Committee is responsible for the implementation of the programs and daily management of activities. The Executive Director is the head of the Executive Committee.
